Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and your plan reverts to Free at the end of the current billing period. Your apps and builds stay — only limits are enforced.
What happens to my apps if I downgrade?
Your apps remain and existing installers keep working. If you have more than 3 apps, you won't be able to create new ones until you're within the free limit.
Do you store my build artifacts?
Yes. We store your uploaded build files in S3 to serve update checks and compile your installer. Files are retained as long as your account is active.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The Free tier lets you evaluate the full product with real apps and users. Upgrade when you need the higher limits or want to remove branding.
